Workshop di costruzione a Stoccolma durante la Design Week. III edizione.

Vivi da protagonista la più importante Design Week della Scandinavia. AtelierFORTE ti porta a scoprire la città di Stoccolma, in un’esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

Il Workshop, aperto a studenti, neolaureati o professionisti italiani e svedesi, prevede la realizzazione di una scultura presso l’Istituto italiano di Cultura a Stoccolma, progettato da Giò Ponti e Pier Luigi Nervi, nel distretto delle Ambasciate. Il progetto di AtelierFORTE sarà realizzato con legno svedese e sarà utilizzato durante l’inaugurazione (4 Febbraio). Il Workshop prevede una lezione introduttiva sulle tecniche di costruzione svedesi contestuale alla realizzazione di un taccuino sul quale ciascuno studente sarà invitato a descrivere le fasi di realizzazione dell’opera. Il Workshop sarà tenuto personalmente da Duilio Forte.

Per gli studenti italiani il costo del workshop è di 350€ da corrispondere all’Istituto italiano di Cultura. Il Workshop comprende i materiali necessari alla realizzazione e l’ospitalità a Stoccolma dal 29 Gennaio al 5 Febbraio (alloggio). Il viaggio è a carico di ciascuno studente. I posti sono limitati, utilizzare il form sottostante per iscriversi e mantenere la priorità.

 

Workshop med Duilio Forte mitt i designveckan

Duilio Forte har gjort sig ett namn som en av de mest originella samtidsarkitekterna i Italien. Under Stockholm Furniture Fair håller han workshop utanför Italienska kulturinstitutet på Gärdet, en av Stockholmsarkitekturens pärlor med både interiör och exteriör utförd av Gio Ponti. Uppgiften är att till invigningen den fjärde februari tillsammans med italienska arkitektstudenter skapa en träskulptur, allt under Duilio Fortes kunniga ledning. I projektet ingår även undervisning i träbyggnadsteknik, varje student kommer dessutom att förfärdiga en anteckningsbok som beskriver projektets olika delar.

Svensk- italienske Duilio Forte driver sedan många år Atelier Forte i gränslandet mellan konst, design och arkitektur. Det egna hemmet och ateljén i Milano är ett konstverk som publicerats både i press och i bokform. Här möter den svenska traditionens närhet till natur och ett enkelt sparsmakat formspråk den italienska kulturens komplexitet och långa historia. I hans trädgård nära Lambrate-kvarteren återfinns ett antal gigantiska trähästar, en av dem med bastu. Liknande offentliga konstprojekt återfinns i Florens, Venezia, Torino och inte minst i Hällefors. Duilios senaste offentliga projekt är ArkiZoicPark i samarbete med Milano stad, ett zoo utan instängda djur istället befolkat av interaktiva skulpturer inspirerade av både utrotade, mytologiska och fantastiska djur. Duilio Forte formulerade för fem år sedan ArkiZoic, en filosofi som tar fasta på tradition och naturliga former, och som undviker all prefabricering och standardisering i arbetsprocessen. De karaktärer som blir till i en intensiv arbetsprocess animerar arkitekturens rum på samma sätt som filmen och teaterns skådespelare, allt med syfte att skapa ett allkonstverk.

Pris 3500 kronor och helst också sovplats för en av workshopens italienska studenter. Workshopen pågår 29/1-5/2.

Voyager Stockholm is a unique opportunity to live and experience a design workshop during the most important exhibition of Design in northern Europe. The workshop is dedicated to the cultural exchange between Italy and Sweden and will allow its participant to be protagonists of a great event, one of the official event on Stockholm Design Week calendar and settled at Italienska Kultur Istitutet, a majestic architecture built in the 50’s by Giò Ponti.

The workshop is open to Italian and Swedish students, involves the construction of a sculpture-house outside the Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm, in the district of the Embassies. The project will be built with wood AtelierFORTE Swedish and will be used during the inauguration (February 4). The Workshop provides an introductory lesson on building techniques Swedish contextual to the realization of a notebook on which each student will be asked to describe the phases of the production. The Workshop will be held personally by Duilio Forte.
